A post on the official BioWare forums has brought the first few details on an upcoming pre-release demo for Mass Effect 3. The demo, which is slated to launch at some point in January 2012, will feature both single and multiplayer content and will be available in all regions where the game is going to be released. Beyond that, the post also informs the masses that redemption of the Online Pass for Battlefield 3 (on any platform) will unlock early access to the multiplayer portion of the demo.
Details on the demo itself and its official launch date are expected to come in late November / early December alongside word of “another program whereby players and fans of the Mass Effect franchise can unlock early access with no purchase necessary”.
Of course, we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.

Great news, right?
Let me know what you guys think about it

Yep, that's right. If you dont buy one of the early copies of the game, you'll have to pay extra to play the Galatic wars mode.
BioWare has revealed that the Galaxy At War component of ME3 will be unlocked via an online pass. While further details surrounding some of the other platforms and interfaces are still forthcoming, BioWare has stressed that Shepard’s part of the campaign against The Reapers is wholly contained within the single-player campaign.
The multiplayer experience will put players into the role of an elite special forces soldier tasked with traveling to various locations throughout the galaxy to protect and defend various assets vital to the fight against The Reapers. Players will select from six classes and six races (Human, Krogan, Asari, Drell, Salarian and Turian) to create and customize a character for the Mass Effect 3 co-op mode.
What you think about this bullshit? Let me know in the comments.

Pick Super monkey ball, add tower defense while you're waiting your ball to restore ,Shadow of colossus when you're playing a boss fight and a lot of jokes with classical history/Medium age: this is Rock of ages, the last game made by the Ace team.

With a unique gameplay system, Rock of ages is a well made comedy/platform/tower defense game that will entertain you for, at least, 6 hours + multiplayer mode play and make you have a few good laughs!

In the game you're Sysyfus, a mortal that raged the gods, and when he died he was condemned to push a rock uphill for the eternity. One day, a little demon was fooling around with Sysyfus, because of that he became enraged and started to use the ball to smash his opponents!!

And all the regular matches are like this:
You have an enemy, both of your balls will start from the middle of the map, that is always symmetric by the way, and while your ball is not ready to be launched yet you can plant traps for your make more difficult your enemy reach your stronghold and break your gate, because if he break your gate he will smash Sysyfus and you'll lost the match.

Regular match:

And we have the bosses fight's, where you need to hit the gigantic boss in his weak spot:

As you can see, Rock of ages have some pretty good ambient graphics, powered with Physx, and a nice and funny style in the characters.

Lets talk now about the fun and challenge of this game. I'll talk abut these two in the same time because in this game they're 100% co-related. The game starts very funny, but not challenging at all. In the middle of the game, about 4h of gameplay, they're perfectly balanced, the game is funny and challenging at the right dosage.
But after that all the good jokes are past behind, and the gameplay complex gameplay transforms itself in a rock race, and the tower defense part o the game becomes kinda useless, you get more results trying to shoot your enemy with your stronghold catapult than placing towers and etc.

The plot of this game...
Well, the plot is you smashing people in history. Simple as that. Nothing more to say.

Now, last but not east, the X-Factor!
In this game, the X-factor is the unique gameplay and using metaphors as historical indicators, like the plague, that in the game is a guy that want to be friends with everyone, but kill's whom sees him, and Plato and Aristoteles becoming zombies in the end of the medium era, indicating the iluminism.

Said all that, I believe i can grade this game now!

  • Graphics -         16pts    Great models, good colors and physix makes it look a lot better.
  • Gameplay -       20pts     Diverse, but the tower defense became useless in the end of the game.
  • Soundtrack -     10pts     Great music and sound effects!
  • Plot -                  5pts      No storyline, just a historical mash up
  • Fun -                  7pts      Quite fun in the first half of the game... Deserves 7
  • Challenge -        6pts      How much sweat i gave to finish this game
  • X-factor -           8pts     They aimed at making something unique, and they achieved that.                         a
  • Total:                72pts

Conclusion: You have 20 bucks? Have nothing to do it with? Have nothing to do for 6h?  I recommend this
game.

Have you guys liked the review?

BioWare has today confirmed the inclusion of a 4-player online co-op mode in the upcoming Mass Effect 3 as well as announcing the all-new “Galaxy at War” system for the game. The information, which was rather unceremoniously revealed via the BioWare forums, details what fans can expect on both fronts as follows:
4 player co-op multiplayer
Join your friends in the all-out galactic war to take Earth back. The universe of Mass Effect expands with the addition of new co-op multiplayer missions, playable over Xbox Live, PSN and PC internet. Players can choose from a variety of classes and races, form an elite Special Forces squad, and combine their weapons, powers and abilities to devastating effect as they fight together to liberate key territories from enemy control. Success in multi-player will have a direct impact on the outcome of the single player campaign, giving players an alternative method of achieving ultimate victory against the greatest threat mankind – and the entire galaxy – has ever faced.
Mass Effect 3: Galaxy at War
As a bonus to the campaign, BioWare is introducing the Mass Effect 3: Galaxy at War system, a new way for players to manage and experience the galactic war from multiple fronts, including a new 4-player co-op mode. The key to saving the galaxy is the “Galactic Readiness” level, measured by Commander Shepard’s ability to apply every possible asset – people, weapons, resources, armies, fleets – in the final battle against the Reapers. Players can impact their game’s Galactic Readiness level in multiple ways via the Mass Effect 3: Galaxy at War system, including multiplayer. Other platforms and interfaces will be announced in the coming months. It is important to note that the system is entirely optional and just another way players can have control over your game experience – it is still possible to achieve the optimal, complete ending of the game in Mass Effect 3 through single-player alone.
Huh, pretty interestin, isnt it?

It appears that the Battlefield 3 open beta is serving its purpose, as DICE revealed the first laundry list of patches set to arrive with the shipment of the final game later this month. Dota2 out!
For those who do not know Dota, it is a custom map for Warcraft 3 that made a huge hit with players such, and since that time is one of the biggest reasons to keep this game yet installed!
One of the greatest qualities of the game is balance between the playable characters, where no matter what you use, you have a chance to grow in the game.
And the valve has appropriated the name and released the Dota Dota2as aversion with better graphics and disconnected from Warcraft 3.
Blizzard got its hands tied and can do nothing about the valve taking some money off it ...

Now just buy and play!

Dota2 saiu!!!
